We celebrated World No Tobacco Day 2024 at Eagle Hall, Waters Edge, focusing on "Protecting Children from Tobacco Industry Interference." Honoured guests from the Ministry of Education and WHO joined us. Special thanks to the Sri Lanka Girl Guide Association, Sri Lanka Scouts Association, and all contributors for making this event a success!

The National Authority on Tobacco and Alcohol (NATA) successfully conducted the National Symposium on Tobacco and Alcohol (NSTAP 2025) on 24th September 2025. The event was graced by the presence of Hon. Dr. Nalinda Jayathissa, Minister of Health and Mass Media, Dr. Anil Jasinghe, Secretary, Ministry of Health and Mass Media, along with other distinguished guests. Researchers and experts shared their valuable insights and findings, contributing to the advancement of knowledge and action in tobacco and alcohol prevention.
